Recipe - Stuffed Glazed Chops

APPLE STUFFING
One half cup Celery; minced
One fourth cup Melted margarine; (2 oz.)
3 cup Croutons
One half cup Apple juice
1/3 cup Raisins
1/3 pound Apples; peeled, cored &
; cut or sliced up
APPLE GLAZE
1/3 cup Brown sugar
One fourth cup Apple juice
STUFFED CHOPS
4 Centercut rib chops; (13
oz.)
Combine all stuffing ingredients together and toss. In saucepan, combine
glaze ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer One half hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Split chops in half by making one cut from
meatside to bone. Leave connected at bone. Stuff each chop with
approximately Three fourths cup apple stuffing. Bake approximately 45 minutes to
internal temperature of 165 degrees. Brush with glaze last 15 minutes. May
be covered with foil, if browning too fast.
