Recipe - Stuffed Frankfurters

7 Hot dogs
8 ounce Sauerkraut; drained
One fourth teaspoon Caraway seeds
2 cup Potatoes; mashed, divided
One half cup Cheddar cheese; shredded
Split 7 hot dogs lengthwise; don’t cut all the way through. Top with
8ounce can sauerkraut, drained, seasoned with Three fourths teaspoon caraway seeds.
Top with total 2 cups mashed potatoes divided equally; sprinkle each
equally with total of One half cup shredded Cheddar. Bake in baking pan in 375F
oven 15 minutes. Makes 7 servings at 88 cents each.
