Recipe - Stubbs Sandwich

One; (6ounce) breakfast
; sausage patty
3 sl Hickorysmoked bacon
2 Eggs; scrambled
1 sl American cheese; shredded
1 sl American cheese; whole
2 sl Texas toast; (white bread
cut or sliced up
; twice as thick as
; normal)

1. On a hot grill, cook sausage and bacon.

2. Scramble eggs, mix in shredded cheese. Cook on grill.

3. Fill sandwich (in order) with bacon, sausage, cheese slice, eggs.

Yield: 1 serving
