Recipe - Stroganoff Superb

FROM CHEF FREDDY'S
1 pound Sirloin steak [cut into thin
strips]
3 tablespoon Parkay margarine
One half cup Onions [chopped]
4 ounce Mushrooms [1 can drained]
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Dry mustard
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
8 ounce Philadelphia Brand Cream
Cheese [cubed]
Three fourths cup Milk


Hot parslied noodles

Brown steak strips in margarine, in a large skillet, and add onions,
mushrooms, and seasonings... Cook until veggies are tender

Add Cream cheese and milk, stirring over low heat until cheese is
melted...

Serve over noodles...
