Recipe - Stroganoff 57

1 pound Ground beef
2 tablespoon Flour
1 Egg slightly beaten
Three fourths cup Water
1 teaspoon Salt
One fourth cup Heinz 57 sauce
ds Pepper
One fourth cup Minced parsley
2 tablespoon Shortening
1/3 cup Dairy sour cream
4 ounce Can mushroom stems and
Piece
Hot buttered noodles
1/3 cup Chopped onion
Lightly combine first 4 ingredients. Form into 16 meatballs. In large
skillet partially brown meatballs in shortening. Drain off excess fat.
Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid. Stir mushrooms and onion nto skillet;
saute until onion is tender. Stir in flour, then reserved mushroom liquid,
water, 57 sauce, and parsley. Cover; simmer 25 minutes, stirring
occasionally. Slowly stir in sour cream; heat. Do not boil. Serve
immediately over noodles.
