Ingredients:
Stripy Pudding recipe makes 1 Servings
1 425 gram can creamed rice
pudding
125 g Crunchy oat cereal; (4oz)
1 411 gram can pear quarters
in juice; drained and
cut or sliced up
4 teaspoon Natural yogurt
4 Sprigs fresh mint; washed
(optional)
*Open the can of rice and divide evenly between the serving dishes.
Divide the crunchy oat cereal between the glasses and arrange the pear
slices on top.
Place a spoonful of yogurt on top and decorate with a sprig of washed mint
(optional).
