4 pound FLOUR GEN PURPOSE 10LB
3 pound SUGAR; GRANULATED 10 LB
1 pound SUGAR; BROWN, 2 LB
3 tablespoon CINNAMON GROUND 1 LB CN
2 One fourth teaspoon SALT TABLE 5LB
1. PLACE CINNAMON, FLOUR, SALT, AND SUGAR IN MIXER BOWL; BLEND
THOROUGHLY AT LOW SPEED.
2. ADD BUTTER OR MARGARINE TO DRY INGREDIENTS; BLEND AT LOW SPEED
UNTIL MIXTURE RESEMBLES COARSE CORNMEAL.
3. SPRINKLE OVER SWEET ROLLS AND COFFEE CAKES BEFORE BAKING..
