Recipe - Strawberry Whip

1 cup Strawberries
1 cup Sugar
1 Egg white
One half Lemon, juice of (up to 1)
Source: One of my Passover Cookbooks (I don't remember which one)
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and beat on high until stiff
peaks form. Freeze.
We served it ala mode on sponge cake but it's good as a sorbet kind of
