Recipe - Strawberry Waldorf Salad

2 pack (3 oz) strawberry gelatin
1 One half cup Boiling water
One fourth cup Sugar
2 cup Sliced strawberries
1 One half cup Diced apples
One half cup Sliced celery
One fourth cup Walnuts
1 cup Sour cream

Dissolve gelatin mixed with sugar in boiling water. Cool. Add strawberries,
apples, celery, walnuts and mix well. Chill until almost jellylike. Add
sour cream. Pour into 5 cup ring mold and chill until firm. Center may be
filled with chicken salad.
