Recipe - Strawberry Ring With Sour Cream Dressing

2 pack Strawberry gelatin
2 cup Water, boiling
20 ounce Strawberries, frozen, pkgd.
1 pack Pecans, chopped
1 One half cup Pineapple, crushed
2 lg Bananas, ripe, minced
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
Sour cream dressing

SOUR CREAM DRESSING
1 cup Sour cream, dairy
1 teaspoon Sugar
One fourth teaspoon Ginger, ground
ds Salt

Dissolve gelatin into boiling water. Add berries, stirring occasionally
until thawed. Stir in pineapple, pecans, banana and lemon juice. Pour into
mold (6 One half cup). Chill until firm.

Dressing: Combine all ingredients and chill well.
