Recipe - Strawberry Rhubarb Mold

1 One half Cups water
1 Cup sugar
2 Packages (4serving size)
Strawberryflavored gelatin
1 Package (16 ounces)
Frozen rhubarb, thawed,
Chopped, and well drained
1 Can (20 ounces) crushed
Pineapple, drained
One half Cup chopped walnuts
Coat a 2quart mold with nonstick cooking spray. In a medium saucepan,
bring the water and sugar to a boil over high heat. Remove from the heat
and add the gelatin, stirring until completely dissolved. Add the remaining
ingredients; mix well. Spoon into the mold and chill for 6 hours, or until
firm. Unmold onto a serving platter and serve.
