Recipe - Strawberry Moon Pie Shortcake

1 Vanilla moon pie.
Several fresh chilled
strawberries; (frozen are
ok).
Whipped cream.
Place a vanilla Moon PieŽ in a bowl. Use a fork to poke some holes in the
Moon PieŽ to let the juice soak in. Cover the Moon PieŽ with the
strawberries and juice, then add some whipped cream! Let sit for five
minutes (if you can wait that long.)
EAT AND ENJOY!
