Recipe - Strawberry Ice Cream Short Cake

6 Biscuits; (raw any
premade
; dough will work)
2 tablespoon Granulated sugar
2 pt Strawberry ice cream
18 ounce Frozen strawberries in syrup
12 ounce Sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup Whipped cream
6 Whole strawberries; fanned,
with stem
; removed
Lay biscuits out on a sheet pan. Sprinkle with granulated sugar. Bake in
preheated 350 degree oven until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool.
When cool split with fork and lay out flat. Add generous scoop of ice
cream, 3 oz. frozen strawberries, 2 oz. cut or sliced up fresh strawberries. Add a
dollop of whipped cream. Top with strawberry fan. ENJOY!
