Recipe - Strawberry Ice Cream Sandwich

1 Reduced fat artificially
sweetened ice cream
sandwich; halved
horizontally
2 tablespoon Fruitsweetened strawberry
jam
One fourth cup Fatfree whipped topping
One fourth cup Sliced fresh strawberries
Place one half of the ice cream sandwich on a serving plate. Spread 2
tablespoons of the strawberry jam on top. Place the other sandwich half on
top of the jam. Cover the top and sides evenly with the whipped topping.
Garnish with the cut or sliced up strawberries and serve immediately.
