Recipe - Strawberry Ice Cream Cake

4 One half cup Angel food cake cubes; (up
to 5)
1 pack (3 oz.) vanilla instant
pudding
1 cup Cold milk
1 pt Vanilla ice cream
1 pack (3 oz) strawberry Jello
1 One half cup Boiling water
1 pack (11 oz) frozen strawberry
slices

Put cake cubes in 9"x9"x1 1/2" dish. Combine pudding and milk in bowl. Add
ice cream and beat until blended. Pour over cake cubes and set aside until
firm. Dissolve Jello in boiling water and add frozen strawberries and stir
until thickened. Pour over pudding layer. Chill until set.
