Recipe - Strawberry Griddle Cakes

Ingredients:
Strawberry Griddle Cakes recipe makes 100 Servings
1 One half cup Sifted flour
4 teaspoon Baking powder
3 tablespoon Sugar
One half teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs, beaten
Three fourths cup Milk
1 teaspoon Butter, melted
1 cup Fresh strawberries, cut or sliced up
In large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Combine eggs and milk and stir into dry ingredients only enough to
moisten batter. Add melted butter and strawberries. Fry on hot
griddle. Serve with syrup and butter.
