Recipe - Strawberry Cream

3 tablespoon Sliced almonds
2 pt Strawberries
4 Peaches
3 tablespoon Almond liqueur
One fourth cup Heavy cream
One half cup Powdered sugar
Butter cookies
Heat broiler. Scatter almonds on cookie sheet and toast lightly. In food
processor lightly puree the strawberries and peaches together. Add liqueur
and pulse until mixed. Add cream. Process a few seconds. Pour mixture into
a mixing bowl and sweeten to taste with sugar. Chill until ready to serve.
Serve in dishes with butter cookies on the side.
Approximately 46 minutes.
