Recipe - Strawberry-Rhubarb Dessert Sauce

1 pound Rhubarb minced
1 pt Strawberries halved
Three fourths cup Sugar
One fourth cup Water

1. Wash rhubarb and cut into 1inch slices. Combine with sugar and water in
2quart microwavesafe container. 2. Cover and microwave on high for 710
minutes until rhubarb is tender. Stir after 5 minutes of cooking. 3. Stir
in washed and halved strawberries. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 2
minutes longer. Let stand, covered, for 34 minutes.
