Recipe - Strawberry-Cream Crepes

4 cup Sliced fresh Strawberries
14 ounce Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
One half cup Heavy cream, whipped
12 x Whole Strawberries to garnis
2 tablespoon Sugar
One fourth cup Lemon Juice
12 x Dessert Crepes

Sprinkle cut or sliced up strawberries with sugar; set aside.
Beat milk with lemon juice until thick. Fold in strawberries and whipped
cream. Divide among crepes; fold. Garnish with additional whipped cream
and a strawberry centered on the cream. Yields 6 servings.
