Recipe - Strawberry-Banana Pie

1 md Banana, cut or sliced up
1 pack Prepared 9inch graham
cracker crumb crust, cooled
1 pack (4serv) StrawberryBanana
Jello gelatin
2/3 cup Boiling water
One half cup Cold water
Ice cubes
3 One half cup Coolwhip topping, thawed
1 cup Sliced strawberries

Arrange banana slices in bottom of crust. Completely dissolve gelatin in
boiling water. Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 One fourth cups. Add to
gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Using
wire whisk, blend in whipped topping; then whip until smooth. Fold in
strawberries. Chill until mixture mounds. Spoon over banana in pie crust.
Chill about 2 hours. Garnish with additional strawberries and banana
slices, if desired.
