Recipe - Strawberries With Molasses Sour Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

1 cup Sour cream
1 teaspoon Sugar
One fourth teaspoon Vanilla
4 tablespoon Unsulfered molasses
2 pt Strawberries, hulled, and if
large halved

In a small bowl whisk together sour cream, sugar, vanilla and 2 tablespoons
molasses until smooth. Divide strawberries between 4 bowls and top with
sour cream sauce. Drizzle remaining molasses over servings.

Yield: 4 servings
