Recipe - Strawberries With Homemade Mascarpone

2 pt Strawberries hulled and
washed; (raspberries may be
substituted)
8 ounce Mascarpone
2 tablespoon Pure vanilla
6 tablespoon Sugar
One half cup Half and half
2 Egg yolks

Divide fruit among 4 large wine glasses. Set aside. In a blender, combine
mascarpone, vanilla, sugar, half and half and egg yolks. Blend until
smooth, about 2 minutes. The texture should be like a thick pudding. Spoon
over the fruit and serve.
