Recipe - Strawberries With Creme Sauce

2 cup Cottage cheese
One fourth teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 tablespoon Plus 1 tsp. honey
3 cup Strawberries; washed, hulled
and halved
One fourth cup Chocolate fudge topping

Prep: 10 min.

Process cottage cheese, vanilla and honey in a food processor 12 minutes
or until very smooth. Serve sauce over strawberries and drizzle with
topping.
