1 cn (14 ounce) Eagle Brand
Sweetened Condensed Milk
(Not evaporated milk)
1 One half cup Cold water
1 pack (3One half ounce) instant
vanilla pudding and pie
filling mix
2 cup Whipping cream, whipped
1 Prepared (12 ounce) loaf
pound cake, cut into cubes
(about 6 cups)
4 cup Fresh cut or sliced up strawberries
One half cup Strawberry preserves
Additional strawberries
Toasted slivered almonds

In large mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and water; mix well.
Add pudding mix; beat until well blended. Chill 5 minutes. Fold in whipped
cream. Spoon 2 cups pudding mixture into a 4quart round glass serving
bowl; top with half the cake cubes, half the strawberries, half the
preserves and half the remaining pudding mixture. Repeat layering, ending
with pudding mixture. Garnish with additional strawberries and almonds.
Chill 4 hours or until set. Refrigerate leftovers.
