Recipe - Strawberries Elegante

6 cup Strawberry slices; fresh
2 tablespoon Orange flavored liqueur; OR
orange juice
8 ounce Light cream cheese
3 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Orange flavored liqueur; OR
orange juice
1 tablespoon Skim milk

Toss strawberries with 2 tablespoon liqueur in small bowl. Place cream cheese
product, brown sugar, 1 tablespoon liqueur and milk in food processor or blender
container; process until well blended. Serve over strawberries. Garnish
with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
