Recipe - Strawberries Cardinal

1 pack (4 serving size) strawberry
flavored gelatin
One half cup Boiling water
2 pt Strawberries, washed
1 pack 10 ounce frozen raspberries,
thawed
2 tablespoon Raspberryflavor liqueur

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in a saucepan over low heat; stirring
constantly. Chill until slightly thickened, about 20 minutes. Dip
strawberries in gelatin to coat, while holding stem. Place on waxed
paperlined baking sheet; chill until gelatin is firm.
Place raspberries and liqueur in a blender or food processor; puree. Spoon
about One fourth cup sauce on 6 dessert plates. Top with strawberries. Makes 6
servings.
