Recipe - Strata

Ingredients:

6 Eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup Milk
1 Stick butter, melted
1 pound Small curd cottage cheese
1 pound Monterey jack cheese,
shredded
1 cup Bisquick� baking mix

Preheat oven to 350F. Combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into greased
9x13inch pan. Bake at 350F 3540 minutes. Cut into squares to serve.

NOTES : Can be made ahead. Combine all ingredients except Bisquick. Cover
and refrigerate. Mix in Bisquick just before baking.
