Recipe - Strassburger Wurstsalat - Strassburg Sausage Salad

1 pound Fleischwurst meat sausage
One half pound Emmental cheese
Onion
Pickle
Pepper
Vinegar
Oil
Remoulade ( a sort of salad
cream)
Garlic salt
Salad leaves

Cut the Fleischwurst and cheese in strips, mix with the onion and pickle
slices and dress with pepper, vinegar, oil and remoulade, possibly season
with garlic salt. Serve on salad leaves with farmers bread.
