Recipe - Stracchino Bruschetta

1 French baguette
400 g Stracchino (Italian soft
cheese)
2 Fresh sausage
Pepper & salt q.b. (what is
needed)
Capers
In a bowl mix the stracchino and the sausage till it became a all. Cut the
baguette in disks One half inch hight With a spoon put a good layer of the sauce
(min. One half inch). Guarnish with caper and put them in the oven to toast
them, when the stracchino start to melt they are ready, serve them hot
