Recipe - Stout Rye Bread

2 teaspoon Active dry yeast
2 2/3 cup Bread flour
1 One half cup Medium rye flour
1 tablespoon Gluten
1 teaspoon Caraway seeds
4 teaspoon Brown sugar; packed
1 tablespoon Butter
1 lg Egg
1 teaspoon Salt
Three fourths cup Dark beer or stout
Three fourths cup Warm water
All ingredients except the water should be at room temperature before
starting. Add the ingredients to the pan in the order listed. Select
"Whole Wheat Bread". Press "Start". Dan Klepach
