Recipe - Stouffers Corn Souffle (Copycat)

2 Eggs
2 tablespoon Cornstarch
2 tablespoon Sugar
Salt and freshly ground
black pepper; to taste
Nutmeg; to taste
1 cn (16 oz) creamed corn
One half cup Sour cream
One half cup Milk
Preheat oven to 400. Spray an 8" square baking dish with Pam
With electric mixer beat eggs until foamy. Beat in remaining ingredient as
listed. Pour into prepared baking dish. Bake in the center of the oven for
35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
