Recipe - Stir Fried Flank Steak (Tsao Nyo Ro)

1 pound Flank steak; cut or sliced up at angle
against grain
3 tablespoon Soy sauce
2 tablespoon Sesame oil
1 tablespoon Corn starch
3 Cloves garlic; chopped into
halves or thirds
3 Stalks green onions; cut in
2 inch slices
Vegetable oil
Mix flank steak slices with soy sauce, sesame oil and cornstarch in a bowl.
Set aside. Heat about 1 tbsp oil in frying pan. Add garlic and onions and
stir fry for thirty seconds. Add meat and stir fry until browned. Serve.
Notes I like to serve this over stir fried broccoli. It's great with rice.
