Recipe - Stir-Fry Turkey With Noodles

Ingredients:

250 g Egg noodles; (8oz)
2 tablespoon Olive or sunflower oil
1 small Onion; chopped finely
1 250 gram pac stirfry turkey
breast strips; (8oz)
125 g Mange tout; (4oz)
1 Red pepper; deseeded and
; cut or sliced up finely
150 g Pak choi; (Chinese cabbage)
or
; spinach, chopped
; (5oz)
200 g Bean sprouts; (7oz)
2 tablespoon Light soy sauce
1 teaspoon Chilli sauce
Salt and pepper

Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packet.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan until sizzling.

Add the onion and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the turkey and stir fry for 23 minutes.

Add the mange tout, pepper and pak choi or spinach and cook for 2 minutes.

Stir in the bean sprouts and soy and chilli sauces and toss together well.
Cook for 12 minutes. Adjust the seasoning to taste.

Drain the noodles and spoon into serving bowls. Arrange the stir fry on top
and serve immediately.
