Stir-Fried Ung Choi In Oyster Sauce recipe makes 1 Servings
1 bn Ung Choi in 4 inch lengths
1 teaspoon Vegetable oil
100 ml Chicken stock
1 teaspoon Oyster sauce
1 teaspoon Sugar
Heat the oil in a wok and stir fry Ung Choi for 30 seconds. Add the stock
and stir, add the sauce and sugar and leave to cook over a high heat for 2
minutes. Serve.
