Recipe - Stir-Fried Tofu With Vegetables

3 tablespoon Tamari
1 teaspoon Brown rice syrup
One fourth teaspoon Black pepper
2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
2 small Onions, cut or sliced up
2 Garlic cloves, minced
One fourth cup Carrots, chopped
One fourth cup Bell peppers, chopped
Three fourths cup Cauliflower, chopped
Three fourths cup Broccoli, chopped
One fourth cup Mushrooms, cut or sliced up
One fourth cup Sugar peas
One fourth cup Bean sprouts
1 cup Firm tofu, cubed
Jasmine rice
Mix tamari, syrup & pepper & set aside. In a wok, heat oil over high heat
for 1 minute. Stirfry onions & garlic for 2 minutes. Add carrots, bell
pepper & cauliflower. Stirfry for 1 to 2 minutes. Add a little water if
necessary to prevent sticking. Add broccoli & mushrooms & stirfry for 1
minute. Add peas, sprouts & tofu & stirfry for 1 minute. Stir in tamari
mixture. Reduce heat to medium & cook for another 2 minutes. The
vegetables should be tender crisp. Serve hot, over rice.
