Recipe - Stir-Fried Tofu Cubes With Assorted Vegetables

2 Pieces tofu
One half cup Diced tomato
2 tablespoon Sliced straw mushroom
One fourth cup Diced vegetable stalk
One half teaspoon Mashed garlic
SEASONINGS
1/3 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Sugar
1 One half tablespoon Light soy sauce
One half cup Water
1 ds Cornstarch (cornflour)
solution to thicken sauce
Cut tofu into cubes. Then soak in hot oil and fry until golden brown. Take
out and drain. Saute cut or sliced up mushroom and minced vegetable stalk with dash of
oil. Dish up. Heat 1 tbsp oil and saute mashed garlic and minced tomato. Add
in seasonings and bring to boil . Put in tofu cubes and all ingredients.
Coddle for a while. Thicken sauce with cornflour solution. Dish up and
serve.
