Recipe - Stir-Fried Spinach With Ginger And Almonds

1 tablespoon Miso
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Vinegar, wine
2 tablespoon Almonds, cut or sliced up
1 tablespoon Oil, sesame
One half teaspoon Ginger, ground
2 pound Spinach, fresh
If fresh spinach is unavailable or too much trouble, 10 ounce frozen spinach
may be substituted for 2 pound fresh. Trim, wash, and drain spinach. Cut into
1" to 2" widths. Mix miso, soy sauce, and vinegar; set aside. Heat wok over
high heat. Add almonds and stirfry until fragrant and edges turn golden,
about 45 seconds. Transfer to plate. Heat oil in wok. Add spinach and
ginger and stirfry just until tender, about 3 minutes. Drizzle with bean
mixture. Serve immediately!
