Recipe - Stir-Fried Snow Peas

2 teaspoon Sesame oil
One half teaspoon Fresh minced ginger; (1/2
to 1)
1 pound Fresh snow peas; rinsed and
stems
Removed
8 ounce Canned water chestnuts;
cut or sliced up
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
In a frying pan or wok, warm the sesame oil over mediumhigh heat. Add the
ginger, snow peas, water chestnuts, and soy sauce, and stirfry for about 3
to 5 minutes, or until the peas turn bright green. Serves 4 to 6.

vegetable appetizing to kids. You can put your kids to work stripping the
stems off the fresh snow peas.
