Recipe - Stir-Fried Shrimp With Anise

1 pound Shrimp
1 One half tablespoon Sherry
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
One half teaspoon Sugar
One half cup Stock
3 tablespoon Oil
1/8 teaspoon Powdered anise
1. Shell and devein shrimp; cut lengthwise in half if large.
2. Combine sherry, soy sauce, sugar and stock.
3. Heat oil. Add shrimp and stirfry until pinkish.
4. Stir in sherrysoy mixture and heat quickly. Then cook, covered, 2
minutes over medium heat.
5. Sprinkle shrimp with powdered anise and serve at once.
