Recipe - Stir-Fried Scallops And Onion

Ingredients:

1 pound Scallops
1 Yellow onion
2 (up to)
3 tablespoon Oil
One half teaspoon Salt
1 ds Pepper
1 tablespoon Sherry

1. Quarter scallops or cut in 1/4inch slices if large; cut in half if
small. Slice onion thin.

2. Heat oil. Add onion and stirfry to soften. Add scallops and stirfry
quickly to brown.

3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then with sherry. Stirfry over medium
heat until scallops are done (2 to 3 minutes). Serve at once.
