2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 small Red onion; cut or sliced up
1 Red pepper; cut or sliced up
1 Garlic clove; crushed
1 Fresh chilli; finely cut or sliced up

1 pack Quorn pieces; 300g
1 bn Spring onions; cut into 1
One half inch
; lengths
SAUCE
2 tablespoon Prepared Chinese black bean
sauce
1 tablespoon Dry sherry
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Cornflour
8 tablespoon Water
Heat the oil in a large wok or frying pan over high heat. Add the red
onion, and pepper and stir fry for 1 minute.
Now add the garlic, chilli and Quorn pieces and cook for a further 34
minutes until the Quorn pieces have taken a light golden colour.
Add the spring onions and cook for 1 minute more.
Add the sauce ingredients, allow it to come to the boil and thicken
slightly.
Serve immediately on rice or noodles.
