Stir-Fried Preserved Cabbage And Peas recipe makes 8 Servings
1 pound Preserved cabbage
1 pound Peas
2 tablespoon Oil
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
1. Separate preserved cabbage leaves. Rinse and squeeze dry; cut in 11/2
inch sections. Shell and parboil peas.
2. Heat oil. Add peas and stirfry to coat with oil. Add cabbage and soy
sauce; stirfry 2 to 3 minutes more. Serve at once.
