Recipe - Stir-Fried Pork With Five Spices

One half pound Lean pork
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
One half teaspoon Five spices
One half teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Sherry
2 tablespoon Oil
One half cup Stock
1. Slice pork thin against the grain. Combine cornstarch, Five Spices,
salt and sherry. Add to pork and toss to coat. Let stand 20 to 30 minutes,
turning occasionally.
2. Heat oil. Add pork and stirfry until it loses its pinkness (about 2
minutes).
3. Stir in stock and heat quickly, then cook, covered, over medium heat
(about 2 minutes). Serve at once.
