Recipe - Stir-Fried Garlic Shrimp

2 lg Cloves,garlic,finely
chopped
2 teaspoon Vegetable oil
I pound frozen peeled and
deveined raw medium
shrimp, thawed
3 cup Sliced fresh mushrooms
(about 8 ounces)
1 cup Linch pieces green onions
(with tops)
One fourth cup Dry white wine
2 cup Hot cooked rice
Stirfrying makes this delicious dish especially fast and easy to prepare.
Cook garlic in oil in 10inch nonstick skillet over mediumhigh heat I
minute, stirring frequently. Add shrimp; stirfry 1 minute. Stir in
mushrooms, onions and wine; stirfry about 2 minutes or until shrimp are
pink and vegetables are hot. Serve over rice.
