3 tablespoon Olive oil
1 One fourth pound Skinless, boneles chicken
Breasts; in 1" pieces
2 cup Broccoli florets
2 Cl Garlic; minced
6 Oilpacked sundried tomato
Halves; drained/chopped
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
Recipe by: 365 Ways to Wok/R.Banghart In a Wok, heat 1 One half T. olive oil
over High heat until hot, swirling to coa sides of pan. Add chicken and
stirfry until meat is white throughout, but still juicy, about 3 minutes.
Remove to plate. In same wok, heat remaining One half T. oil over MediumHigh
heat. Add broccoli and stir fry until crisptender, 34 minutes. Add garlic
and cook 1 minute longer. Return chicken to wok. Add sundried tomatoes,
hot sauce and pepper. Cook, stirrin for 1 minute. Serve hot.
