Recipe - Stir-Fried Broccoli Worange Sauce

SAUCE
3 tablespoon Orange juice
One fourth teaspoon Sugar
2 teaspoon Soy sauce, light
One half teaspoon Cornstarch
1 teaspoon Orange zest
1 One half tablespoon Chicken stock
Salt
BROCCOLI
2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 md Scallion,mince
1 teaspoon Ginger,mince
Steamed/Boiled Broccoli(rec)
1 md Garlic clove,mince
1 teaspoon Vegetable oil
: Combine all sauce ingredients in small bowl & set aside.
: Heat skillet over high heat. add oil to skillet, when smoking add
broccoli & stir fry for 1 1/2min, til cooked through. Push florets to sides
of pan, making well in center & put garlic, ginger & scallion in center.
Drizzle remaining oil over center, remove from heat & stir to combine.
Place back on heat & add orange juice mixture. Stir to lighty coat broccoli
