Recipe - Stir-Fried Broccoli (Or Other Veggies)

Three fourths pound Broccoli
1 One fourth cup Mushrooms; cut or sliced up
1 lg Carrot; in 2" strips
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 teaspoon Lemon rind; grated
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Thyme
Cut broccoli into flowerets, peel and slice stems. Stirfry everything 58
minutes, ot till crisptender.
VARIATIONS:
Zucchini Substitute Three fourths pound cut or sliced up zucchini and 1 cup cut or sliced up celery
instead of broccoli and mushrooms.
Green Beans Substitute Three fourths pound green beans, cut in 2" pieces and 1 cup
cut or sliced up onion for the broccoli and mushrooms.
