Ingredients:
Stir-Fried Bean Sprouts With Tofu recipe makes 4 Servings
1 pound Tofu
4 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Garlic, finely chopped
1 pound Bean sprouts
5 Green onions, cut into 1 1/2
inch lengths
1 pn Salt
One fourth teaspoon Black pepper
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
Drain the tofu & cube. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat & stirfry the
garlic for a few minutes, until it turns golden. Set aside. Add the tofu,
stirfry for 5 minutes. Add the bean sprouts, onions, salt, pepper & soy
sauce. Add the reserved garlic. Stirfry for no more than 1 minute.
Sprinkle with another dash of pepper & serve hot.
