125 g Soft tub margarine
125 g Muscavado sugar; light or
dark
2 lg Eggs
125 g Plain chocolate; melted
75 g Selfraising flour
25 g Ground almonds
4 tablespoon Marmalade
Beat the margarine, sugar and eggs together until soft and evenly mixed.
Stir in the melted chocolate then fold in the flour and ground almonds and
then the marmalade.
Transfer to a shallow microwavesafe 1 litre dish and cook on medium for 5
minutes.
Serve warm dusted with icing sugar and accompanied by creme fraiche or
vanilla ice cream.
