Recipe - Stewed Rhubarb

Ingredients:
Stewed Rhubarb recipe makes 6 Servings
1 pound Fresh rhubarb, cut into
1inch pieces
One half cup Sugar
Add rhubarb to a saucepan with a small amount of water and simmer for 5
minutes. Add sugar and simmer for an additional 5 minutes or until sugar is
dissolved.
This is great in ice cream, with plain lowfat yogurt, on pancakes, with
custard or all by itself.
